Jackson College Jets baseball Friday signed Richmond High senior Austin Sinda to the 2018-19 baseball team.
Sinda plays outfield for the Richmond High Blue Devils and coach Scott Evans. His athletic honors include All County First Team 2016, All County Second Team 2017, and academically, he is on the Honor Roll.
"Austin will be expected to replace one of our current sophomore outfielders," said Rick Smith, Jets coach. "We are happy to get someone like him with all his athletic ability and hard work he has already established, coming from a good high school program coached by Scott Evans, a good friend of mine."
Sinda said he chose Jackson College because it was a good fit, and the electrician program interests him.
